RMD Advertising, Columbus, OH (2016 – present)
RMD Advertising is an integrated agency that works only with Challenger food and beverage brands. For 27 years, RMD has worked with nationally renowned food brands to grow their profiles through public relations, social media, digital advertising, and more.
Director of Social Media and Digital Advertising
  • Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives, including developing and managing viral marketing campaigns, creating and supervising high-profile channel accounts, and integrating interactive media into the overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and their impact on the company brand.
  • Design and build digital campaigns, for maximum results, and monitor daily on multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
  • Manage complex budgets for all clients that ranged from hundreds to thousands of dollars, monthly.
  • During this period, also served as an Account Executive to clients, working as their main contact to manage projects, requests, and creative work.
The Paxton Theatre, Bainbridge, OH (2014 – 2016)
The Paxton Theatre is a 100+-year-old theatre that resides in a rural community. For the last 50 years, it has been the host to a popular program that features classic country music, frequently selling out its 375 seats to patrons who travel sometimes over four hours to attend. Building on that history, The Paxton Theatre is developing new programs to grow its audience.

  • Manage the activities at The Paxton Theatre: booking talent, organizing and working with managing talent for the Paint Valley Jamboree, designing an overall operational schedule.
  • Work with staff on front of house operations, including ticket sales, concession sales, and other standard operating procedures.

Highland Co. Chamber of Commerce, Hillsboro, OH (2013 – 2014)
The Highland County Chamber of Commerce is a membership-driven business organization that represents the business community of Highland County. The many plans and programs the Chamber offers its investors, combined with county workforce development initiatives, and local, state, and federal legislative/advocacy efforts positions the Chamber of Commerce as a lead organization in Highland County.
Executive Assistant
  • Maintain the day-to-day routines of the office: answering phone calls, responding to e-mails, meeting with current and future chamber members.
  • Design all marketing materials for the chamber, including: website, newsletter, logos, signage, and all printed materials.
  • Discuss with members on how the chamber serves them and can serve them better.
  • Pinpoint opportunities to strengthen the chamber by enhancing services currently utilized, while offering options to improve the overall experience by its members. This included bringing new software to the chamber, which has resulted in better record keeping and improved the process of collection dues by members.
